We are not affiliated with any broker, our staff is not commissioned, so we simply welcome you to just meet with our team to see Holliday in a comfortable tour and hear more — we can help find exactly what you’re looking for… that corner lot, the one with the view off the 1st tee, sunset or sunrise or no sun or all day sun, walk-out, empty nest – we’ve got you covered.
If you are a broker, you must personally accompany each prospective buyer to a member of the Holliday Farms sales team at the Holliday House for either their first prospective visit or informational inquiry, whichever occurs first. Each broker must register themselves and their client ahead of meeting with a Holliday Farms Team Member by emailing email@example.com. From there, the Holliday Farms sales team will carry forward all aspects of the transaction, including touring the community and showing available lots for sale. How do you purchase a lot? Presently, we welcome you to tour with our team on site to see initial residential phases. We can find a time that works for you. We are finalizing the initial phase of lots and if you are interested in residential opportunities at Holliday, you can add your name to the Lot Reservation List (click here to download) and submitting a fully-refundable $500. This secures your spot for the first offering of lots, should you choose to select one or you may remain on the list for the future phases. If you would like to add yourself to the Lot Reservation List, please email email@example.com with the above Lot Reservation List document. We will offer lots first to those on the Lot Reservation List and then they will open to the public.
How does the Lot Lottery & Lot Selection work? In April of 2019 we held a lot lottery for those that were on the Lot Reservation List for the first phase of lots. At that time, all who were on the List were invited to attend the selection. Tiers are formed based on when you submitted your Lot Reservation Form, we will shuffle all names by tiers to determine the order of selection. Then each person will have time to select a lot. (Generally, everyone will spend ample time determining their favorite or priority lots prior to the Lottery). Selection is not required at the Lottery and if you do not select a lot, you will remain on the List for future phases. Those who do select a lot will then secure the lot, initiate a purchase agreement with Holliday Farms and then 10% of lot price is submitted. Closing on the lot to occur between 30-60 days from execution of the Purchase Agreement. Lot owners have 2 years to initiate construction on their lot.
